LIFE ECODIGESTION 2.0 has had the opportunity to make itself known in plenty of events these last weeks! Grateful to have been engaged in “Digitalization, Female Entrepreneurship and Climate Change” last 2nd of June. The attendance of our expert in European funds, Almudena Blanco, was key to be able to expose more in depth the LIFE Program, being this year the commemoration of its 30th anniversary

Moreover we joined the “Green Cities – Follow us to the New Era” event organized by the Finnova Foundation, held within the framework of theEuropean Green Week.  On this significant occasion we had the pleasure of listening to Pau Granell – manager of the wastewater treatment plant of our leading partner Global Omnium, located in Quart – Benager, Valencia. One of the objectives to be highlighted was the need to update the owned tool, providing it with more robustness and accessibility, thus ensuring its stability at full scale.

And without a doubt! Last 7th of June we were part of the EUSEW2022 event, as guests of the HIBA project. Under the slogan “Sustainable Energy Day of the HIBA Project” a day of debate on innovation in the energy sector was formed. We witnessed the contribution of our expert in European Funds, Almudena Blanco, providing us with new opportunities about European funds, exposing our project of biogas production on demand, as an exemplary case.

In the Plenary Hall of the Town Hall of Bornos, we once again had the opportunity to be part of one of the most significant events of the month – the “Business, Sustainability, Investment and Logistics Development Forum“. The contribution to the event was led by Juan Manuel Revuelta, with the aim of encouraging Spanish entities, both public and private, to cooperate, in order to obtain and take advantage of the opportunity offered by the EU and its financing funds. Providing in turn success stories like ours.

On Friday, June 10, we finished the week in the framework of #EUDesingDays! Organized by ERRIN – European Regions Research and Innovation Network. Juan Manuel Revuelta, has presented the main objectives of the project to a diverse group of experts and professionals in the area of ecological transition. In addition, he was part of the round table on circular economy in which the main issues concerning the subject were discussed, as well as possible points to move towards innovative solutions.

It is a great honor to have participated in this entertaining and meaningful sequence of events, in which we have been able to capture, discuss and exchange different points of view with a large number of projects and exponents. We are passionate about having the opportunity to learn about initiatives that drive sustainable development and innovation in all areas.
