BRUSSELS, September 26, 2024 – María Marta Barroso, a key representative of the LIFE ECOdigestion 2.0 project, participated in the WEFE4MED event in Cyprus, presenting the innovative wastewater treatment solution to an international audience of sustainability experts.

The event, which marked the official launch of the Nexus Community of Practice (NCoP), took place at the Golden Bay Hotel in Larnaca. It provided an ideal platform for LIFE ECOdigestion 2.0 to showcase its groundbreaking approach to optimizing anaerobic digestion in wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) for enhanced biogas production.
